Ways To Increase Retail Spend

*They created a monthly product sales comp where they put a big bright poster in the staff room with the full team listed down the page. Each time someone sold a product they earned a bright star sticker next to their name. End of the month whoever has the most stamps wins a prize.

*That prize was stated clearly on the poster of course. And the poster was placed where everyone saw it daily.


*They found this also encouraged those team members who not necessarily want to win…but rather not come last! Not being the lowest producer can be INCREDIBLY motivating for people. A Look Into Our Sales Office With Abby

Carter & Shields is a new Hair & Beauty salon in Woking. We met with co-owners Danielle & Jenny soon after they opened. Our campaign introduced 124 new clients spending an average of £80 in the salon on services and products combined. 

So far they've re-booked 53 of new clients who have completed the 3-visit offer, 22 of which are already on appointment number 5! New revenue from their Elevate campaign = £12,500 and counting. Not bad for a small campaign for new salon in a small town. Well done girls :) Campaign number 2 about to launch.


Pierre Alexandre Hair & Aesthetics: Thousands Of ££££ In New Revenue

We launched our first campaign for Pierre Alexandre Hairdressing some time ago, when they were a single hair salon in Manchester centre. 300 new faces who bought a multi-visit offer, with around 240 of those offer buyers re-booking! Could your business use 240 more clients?
